A patient care representative is a liaison available to assist patients and their family with any non-medical questions or concerns. They assist with various matters that relate to their overall experience at Cypress. Such issues may include, but are not limited to, physician interaction and follow up, quality of care, staff interactions, access to care and general assistance, and information. Their goal is to make your overall experience with Cypress home health as pleasant, comfortable, and successful as possible, to encourage your returning to Cypress each time an opportunity warrants.
